Play “Simon Says” Play “Simon Says” according to the traditional rules. One child is “Simon” and everyone has to do whatever Simon says. (For example, “Simon says, ‘Touch your head.’ ”) But if Simon does not say to do something (“Touch your head.”) and someone does it, he is out. Continue playing until every child has a chance to be Simon.
Say • Do you remember what happened in the Bible story today when Jesus told the evil spirit, “Be quiet and come out of him”? That’s right! The spirit obeyed Jesus and went away! We do not have to be afraid because Jesus is powerful! How could Jesus make evil spirits go away? Jesus is more powerful than all evil. (From mairangichurch.org- page 10.
