When I first started teaching 1st grade I had 18 - 22, hubby had 25 in his 6th grade class. So sad.

The 4th grade teacher used to be my 1st grade co-teacher so I think we will do great. :)Amazing_Gracehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18182385013313759499noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8138303951401990653.post-65420194582033940782009-09-29T06:02:58.219-04:002009-09-29T06:02:58.219-04:00I hate to say this (don't want to make you fee...I hate to say this (don't want to make you feel bad), but we have 5 new kids this year. A blessing for us. I know at least 3 of them will be regular (mother is very committed). Nobody wants to go to church anymore. Seems they would rather be "doers" instead of "hearers", which isn't a bad thing. But they forget they need the education of hearing too. And so do their children.

4th grade, huh? That means you'll have all your old students. But a whole different teaching level. Pray! :) Next year you'll probably have 20.Debbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01220568846977569423noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8138303951401990653.post-48193553621729038662009-09-28T19:12:53.450-04:002009-09-28T19:12:53.450-04:00Debbie-

Hubby only had 1 student on Sunday (he started with 2).Amazing_Gracehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18182385013313759499noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8138303951401990653.post-90666633641609966582009-09-28T12:51:51.337-04:002009-09-28T12:51:51.337-04:00Had forgotten about this game.
I can't believ...Had forgotten about this game.

I can't believe you only have one kid in your class (saw that on Elaine's blog). Actually, yes I can. We would have the same problem except we've only got 3 teachers...hence the groups get lumped differently. We've got PK-K, 1st-5th and 6th-8th. Works for us.Debbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01220568846977569423noreply@blogger.com
