Timeline for game board taken from: mb-soft.com

*You can play this game individually or in teams.

Object: Collect tokens by moving around the game board and answering questions about the life of Christ. The player with the most tokens at the end of the game, wins.

Materials Needed:

Game Board
Game markers
1 die
150 Question Cards
Tokens

*Playing pieces can be coins, colored buttons, game pieces from other games, fish rocks for the bottom of aquariums, craft foam cut into shapes, glass rocks for vases, etc. You can paint small objects such as rocks, small plastic tops or caps, etc. You can also buy pawns at game stores.

How To Play:

Place 2 small baskets on the table to put question cards in. Put the question cards in one basket (the other basket will be for discards). Place your markers on the "Birth of Jesus” space. Each player throws a die (1) or the first players of both teams throws a die (1) to decide who starts the game. The player with the highest throw starts. Each player takes a turn by rolling the die (1) and moving that many spaces. The player on their right will draw a card and read the question out loud. On each card is a question about the life of Christ. If the player answers the question correctly, they receive a token. If they do not answer the question correctly, they do not receive a token and their turn is over. If a player rolls a 6 with one die or 6 with a combination of dice (2) they may take a token from any player they choose.

Optional Game Play:

• Use dice (2) to make travel through the board game faster.

How to Win:

The first player who travels through the entire game board and lands on the Ascension space (you do not have to roll the exact number) is asked a question. If an incorrect answer is given, the player remains on the Ascension space and will have another chance on their next turn. If a correct answer is given, the game ends and all the players count their tokens. The player with the most tokens wins the game.
