Crafts

daniellesplace.com- Exploding Snake Craft (scroll down to this)
Have students write sins that you can cause others to do on crafts sticks. Weave all the sticks together to make a snake. Tell students that sin can be disastrous to our lives. When we commit one sin it makes it easier to commit even more until pretty soon it takes over our lives. Remove one of the sticks so that the snake explodes to emphasize your point.

equippinglittlehearts.blogspot.com- Sinful Heart
Have students make heart with pocket. Students write sins on small pieces of paper and put inside heart. Jesus stands at our heart's door and knocks quietly. He waits until we ask Him in to help us get rid of our awful sin. When we invite Him in, He gets to work right away getting rid of our sin. Have students read each sin while they clean out their hearts.
