Progress Reports

Keeping parents well informed is key for any teacher. Here are some Progress Reports that you can use in your classroom.

teachervision.fen.com- A ready-to-use form for assessment of students' class work and participation is a quick and easy way to keep your students' evaluations organized. New teachers will find this resource particularly valuable when preparing for parent-teacher conferences.

teach-nology.com- This generator creates a report that can be used to communicate a student's weekly progress with the parent/guardians. The student should be held accountable to make sure that all designated teachers sign or initial the report on a daily basis and then have it signed by a family member at the end of a week. This should save you many phone calls.

teach-nology.com- This generator can be used to create a progress report that can be sent home to parents. The document that you generate contains 20 common indicators of student performance.

freeprintablebehaviorcharts.com- Classroom Printables and Charts

sampletemplates.com- 8 Sample Progress Report Templates

a2zhomeschooling.com- Templates for Homeschool Report Cards or Progress Reports (scroll down for this)

CCD Student Monthly Progress Report- Individual student monthly progress report that will let parents know exactly how well their child is doing in class (work habits, attendance, prayers completed, etc.). 2 pages and editable. (Scroll down for this.)

Grace, I am so sorry it took me this long to get by your blog. :) Now that I found it I will visit more often. Momma's Time is a favorite of mine. I too have been on-line friends with her for years. Love her. Any friend of her's has to be great. :) Nice to connect.
